The Missing Piece

Why Great Junior Golfers Fail

Talent isn't the issue. Most juniors stall because the system around them is broken.

01

Targeting the Wrong Areas of Their Game

They spend hours on what feels good instead of what moves the score. Without measurement, the weakest links stay hidden.

02

Unstructured Practice

Reps without a plan build habits, not scores. Range time becomes comfortable repetition instead of tournament-ready skill.

03

No Strategy to Competition

No plan for course management, no pre-round routine, and no peaking cycle means they arrive flat or overworked when it counts.

The Combine system fixes all three — measure, coach, train.

Inside The Work

Watch a clip of Joe in a live lesson with one of the best junior athletes in Arizona.

The Program

A Season-Long Loop That Repeats All Year

Every quarter your junior cycles through assessment, planning, supervised practice, private coaching and on-course work at the facility — then re-assesses, so the next loop starts from a higher baseline.

Start / Season End

01

Combine Assessment

A full on-site baseline in our lab — full swing, short game, putting and physical capacity measured on 3D and launch data.

02

Blueprint

A custom 12-week development plan built around their body, their swing and their upcoming tournament schedule.

03

Supervised Practice

Two coached practice sessions every week at the facility — scored blocks, clear benchmarks and eyes on every rep.

04

Private Lesson

One private lesson each month with Joe and the team to refine technique and adjust the plan around results.

05

On-Course & Strokes Gained

Weekly swing analysis plus Decade stat tracking mapped against their field to find lost strokes.

06

Semester Report

A clear, parent-friendly summary of what moved, what’s next, and how the plan adjusts for the upcoming semester.

Repeats every season — no plateaus

My son had been stuck in the high 80s for two years. Thirteen strokes later he's the number one player on his high school team and college coaches are calling. We finally knew what to practice.

My daughter used to fall apart in tournaments even though she striped it on the range. Joe built her a routine and a plan, and she dropped seven shots in a single season.

Five strokes was the difference between no interest and a signed offer. The tournament portfolio and the data made it easy for coaches to say yes. He signed in November.
